One thing is for certain, Larry Stebbins has a passion for real estate! Larry’s early experience in real estate began in Marin County and San Francisco California. His career started with buying and remodeling several homes. He quickly found that he had a talent for hands-on renovation and learned many trade skills. Soon, he became a licensed agent and was able to share his passion and vision with clients, becoming one of the top 25 real estate agents in San Francisco. Through the years, Larry became a licensed broker, managing broker of his company and then the sole owner of Herth Real Estate, the largest independent and gay owned residential brokerage in San Francisco with 70 agents and offices in San Francisco, Sonoma County and Palm Springs, California.

In 2012, Larry Stebbins and his husband, Adrian Toscano acquired the exclusive, master franchise of Sotheby’s International Realty for the Mexican states of Guanajuato and Querétaro.

Larry and Adrian created the premier real estate brokerage in San Miguel de Allende and Querétaro. Their extraordinary team of 25 full-time, licensed professionals is bilingual and bi-cultural. Agave Sotheby’s International Realty has been and continues to be the market leader in San Miguel de Allende, leading in sales volume and the marketing of luxury homes.

In 2024, Larry and Adrian planned for the succession of Agave Sotheby’s International Realty. They are thrilled to entrust the legacy and the reputation of their company to Ezra and Sheryl Clark who have been with the firm since 2017. Ezra and Sheryl have branded the company as San Miguel Sotheby’s International Realty. Their commitment is firm: to honor the legacy of excellence Sotheby’s Realty is known for while pushing the boundaries to provide unmatched service to our clients.
